Hidroser is aware of the fact that ISO 9001 Quality Management System is both a need and necessity and executes this system effectively in all of its processes. As Hidroser, we know that ISO 9001 is a philosophy and approach that increases efficiency and stability in production and manufacturing, makes effective use of measurement, monitoring and control in processes, and obligates a systematic operation.
We know as a valuable fact that customer satisfaction is paramount and that continuously improving and developing ourselves in terms of both quality and production is an indispensable requirement of this system. We are also aware of the fact that this system is considered as a requirement by our domestic and foreign customers since it is a model that can be applied on the international level.
While carrying out its activities, Hidroser family aims to take the nature and environment inherited from the past, to the future without causing pollution and in a viable way. For this reason, we prefer to work in compliance with national and international legislations according to the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System. We are ensuring that the production is realized by considering the environmental impacts at all stages from the initial phase of production to launching of the product.
We assert the need for creating environmental awareness in individuals and to raise awareness in order to make it continual not only in the enterprise but also in the residences where our employees reside thanks to the trainings given them. We also aim to reduce the use of natural resources and minimize the damages to the soil, water and air.
Information is an asset that has value for the business and therefore requires appropriate protection just like other major business assets. Hidroser has secured both the information infrastructure in its own database and the information infrastructure of its customers and suppliers for the sake of creating a trustworthy environment for the protection and confidentiality of information.
Hidroser has identified its information infrastructures, analyzed the potential threats to these assets, and determined which actions it will take in case of such risks. Hidroser also minds the information assets of its customers in line with the ISO 27001 Information Security Management System and reassures its customers thanks to this approach,
Hidroser also aims to fulfill its social responsibility towards its employees in addition to providing quality products and services to its customers. For this purpose, risks have been identified and analyzed, necessary measures have been taken, and the necessary equipment and hardware have been procured in order to ensure that we live in a healthier and safer way in our business in line with the ISO 45001 Management System. Thus, it is ensured that potential industrial accidents are prevented or minimized.
Our employees have been instilled with the awareness that physical and mental health is the most fundamental right of a person and they have undergone intensive trainings in this context. Hidroser adopts the philosophy that both our enterprise and the society shall have healthy individuals and that the high accident rate in our country shall be reduced to a minimum.
This document defines the comprehensive quality requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials, both in workshops and at field assembly sites. ISO 3834 is an internationally recognized independent standard focusing on the quality management of welding processes. ISO 3834 is used separately by the manufacturer to demonstrate that welded products have been manufactured to an appropriate level of quality to the customer or third parties, independent of ISO 9001 requirements.
Welding is defined as a ‘special process’ under ISO 9001 as the strength and robustness of the weld cannot be fully verified by merely performing post-welding tests.
It is important not only to test the final weld, but also to monitor all major intermediate steps in order to attain a proper weld.
